Digital Signage at the Municipality of Erpe-Mere

The municipality of Erpe-Mere was looking for a more efficient way to manage both appointments and visitor flows. They wanted to reduce waiting times and guide visitors more clearly. That is why they went in search of a ticketing system in which each visitor receives a ticket with a unique number upon arrival. A screen then shows when and at which counter it is the visitor's turn.

They wanted to combine this system with digital signage. This would allow visitors to not only see their ticket number and ticket office number on the screen, but also be informed about everything that is happening in the municipality, such as events, courses or cultural activities. They also wanted to display current weather information on the screen.

IKANDA introduced Cleverspace digital signage to the municipality of Erpe-Mere, allowing all additional information, such as events and the weather, to be easily displayed on the screen alongside the call numbers. In this way, Erpe-Mere ensures a smoother and more pleasant experience for everyone who visits.
