Coreso was looking for a solution to manage their visitors in combination with badge printing. The Joan Visitor Management App convinced them, thanks in part to the fact that within the Joan App, modules are also provided for reserving workstations and other assets which will become important to them in the future.
Joan Visitor Management
Joan Visitor Management is a user-friendly visitor management solution that allows you to track and check in all visitors, possibly using a QR code. Filling out registration forms by hand or waiting for reception staff to check in visitors is a thing of the past. The hosts are automatically notified when their visitor has arrived, so they can receive them on time.
Visitors can also be invited effortlessly through integration with your daily company calendar (Google, Office 365, Exchange, etc.) or through the Joan Portal itself.

The Joan Visitor App was fully installed and configured by IKANDA on the 24-inch full HD touch screen built into an attractive white kiosk. Visitors can now very easily enter their information, select the name of their host or scan the QR code they received after registering in advance. Visitor instructions were also added to the registration process to be read and signed directly on the tabet. The signed document is then emailed to a mail address of their choice. At the end of the registration process, a badge is printed and the host is automatically notified via mail and/or text message.
