Professional welcoming with Digital Signage & Logitech Video Conferencing at Ashurst
In their new office building in Brussels, Ashurst wanted all meeting rooms equipped for videoconferencing. They also wanted screens in the reception area and in the kitchen on which they could share relevant content with visitors and employees through Digital Signage.
Digital Signage
At the reception area, an LG screen was mounted on the wall on which information can be displayed to visitors thanks to our Digital Signage CMS. In the kitchen, mainly internal information is shared to employees. Photos, videos, many out-of-the box widgets, Powerpoint presentations,... everything can be displayed to attract attention and get the message across.
Video Conferencing
Depending on the size of the meeting rooms, Logitech Rally Bar or Logitech Meetup was chosen . The Rally Bar is an all-in-one video conferencing system (microphone + speaker + camera) with great image quality, where the camera automatically focuses on the people speaking. The Rally Bar can be configured in BYOM or in Appliance mode.
Presentation Screens
IKANDA prefers LG's WebOS displays for the following reasons:
