Joan Desk & Room booking at Igean
Since 2022, Igean has been using Joan Desk Booking to reserve workspaces easily and efficiently. In October 2025, Joan introduced the MyJoan Portal, a single central Joan platform where you can reserve workspaces and meeting rooms and receive visitors. This gives every customer access to all Joan services. As a result, Igean decided to also equip their meeting rooms with Joan Room Booking Screens.
Joan Room Booking Displays
With Joan Room Booking screens, you can equip any space with wireless, battery-powered screens. No additional cabling is required! You can simply attach the screens with magnets. The wireless digital screens show whether the room is booked or available, for how long and who has booked it. Rooms can be booked via the Joan app and, if desired, a booking can also be made directly on the screen. What's more, you can link them to Microsoft and Google calendars. At Igean, five meeting rooms were equipped with wireless Joan meeting room screens.
Joan Desk & Asset booking
In addition to the Joan Room Booking screens, Igean also uses Joan to book workspaces, shared bicycles and shared cars.
Employees can search for an available workspace and book it immediately in a very intuitive way. The easiest way to find and book free desks is based on a floor plan per building and per floor showing all bookable workspaces. Workspaces can also be searched by name or based on your colleague's workspace.
At Igean, 94 employees are now using the Joan Desk Booking App.
