Video conferencing and wireless presenting at Centrum Ganspoel
Centrum Ganspoel wanted to modernise its meeting rooms and classrooms with screens, video conferencing and wireless presentation technology. Based on a preliminary site visit, IKANDA recommended LG screens and the Yealink video conferencing system.
Yealink Video conferencing
Four meeting rooms were equipped with the Yealink A40-031, a complete video conferencing solution consisting of a meeting bar, remote control and touch panel.
The MeetingBar A40 is a powerful all-in-one video bar with dual 48MP cameras, AI-driven features such as Auto Framing and Speaker Tracking, and high-quality audio via an 8-microphone array and stereo speakers.
The VCR11 remote control for easy operation without using the touchscreen.
The CTP25 touch panel is an intuitive 10.1" control console that allows you to start meetings, control cameras and adjust settings. The CTP25 connects to the A40 via a single cable, ensuring a neat and simple installation.
This combination offers a streamlined and professional meeting experience, compatible with Microsoft Teams Rooms and other platforms.
Yealink Wireless Presentation
The Yealink A40 MeetingBar, together with the PA20 presentation button and VCM36 expansion microphone, is the ideal solution for wireless presentations.
The Yealink PA20 is a compact BYOD presentation button that connects to your laptop via USB (Type-A or Type-C). It allows you to share content wirelessly on the screen, without software or cables. The PA20 supports 4K/30fps video and Wi-Fi 6, ensuring a fast, stable and razor-sharp presentation experience.
The Yealink VCM36 is a wireless expansion microphone that significantly increases the audio range of the A40 MeetingBar. Thanks to noise cancellation technology and the 3-microphone array, all speech is captured clearly and naturally, even in larger rooms or with larger groups of participants.
This combination provides excellent image and sound quality, as well as the flexibility to easily present wirelessly.
LG Non-touch screens
Two meeting rooms in Centrum Ganspoel were equipped with LG 65-inch screens mounted on a mobile trolley so that the screen can be moved around within the room. LG 98-inch screens were mounted on the wall in the two large rooms.
IKANDA primarily opts for the LG UL3J series, a range of high-quality 4K Ultra HD signage displays designed for professional use in meeting rooms, educational institutions and commercial environments. Thanks to the webOS 6.0 platform and built-in Wi-Fi, these screens offer a powerful and user-friendly solution for displaying presentations, information or advertising.
They are available in various sizes, are non-reflective, have high brightness and a wide viewing angle in all directions (178°). These screens are suitable for 16/7 or 24/7 use, allowing you to cast content wirelessly via Android or Windows devices. These screens are also ideal for digital signage and video conferencing.
