Book meeting rooms

Add-on Products' Resource Reservation Software makes it easy to book rooms based on availability and on a lot of self-defined filters (room size,video conferencing available, touch screen, ...) and according to employees' schedules.

Catering reservation

Catering orders are placed alongside the booking of meeting rooms via an order form through which the organiser can communicate numbers, preferences, table arrangements, and a cost centre. Service providers receive incoming orders directly, and any changes or cancellations are automatically updated.

Reserve parking spaces, cars or bikes

Resource Central is not limited to just rooms. Anything that can be booked can be added (laptops, projectors, flipcharts, workstations, ...).

Visitor registration

Receptionists can quickly check in visitors, print badges, and scan badges to keep track of registered visitors. When visitors check in, the organisers are automatically notified by email. Unmanned lobbies can be equipped with a kiosk.

How it works for end users step by step


1. Reserve resources via the 'Resource Finder' plug-in

2. Search or filter all criteria important for your meeting: country, location, available seats, projector,...

3. Make your choice from the meeting rooms selected based on your filters

4. Compare the availability of the rooms with that of your colleagues

5. Order catering via the integrated order form. Service providers can process everything directly

6. After finalising your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details

7. Through the 'My meetings' plug-in, you will get an overview of all the meetings you have scheduled

How it works for service providers step by step


1. Service providers have their own tool to manage all requests

2. An overview of all orders is displayed. Each status has a colour (new, modified, cancelled)

3. By clicking on an order line, all details of the request will be displayed.

4. For every request that is accepted, modified or rejected, the applicant will be notified.
