BESIX was looking for a solution to welcome people after office hours, when there is no receptionist on duty, and to provide them with instructions on how to leave the office.
In addition, they also wanted to comply with the ISO 27001/27002 standards to structurally organise information security. They aimed to manage and protect information safely according to internationally recognised standards..
To meet all their requirements, IKANDA advised them to organise their visitor management through MyJoan Portal, a central platform that allows you to easily reserve workspaces, manage meeting rooms and register visitors.
Visitor Management via MyJoan Portal
Joan Visitor Registration app is a user-friendly visitor management solution that allows you to track and check in all visitors, using a QR code if desired. The host or hostess is automatically notified when their visitor has arrived, so they can welcome them on time.
At Besix, they decided to provide a badge printer that can be easily linked to the Joan software. The badges also feature the Wi-Fi password and a PIN code that visitors must use if they wish to leave the building after closing time.
Visitors can also be invited effortlessly through integration with your daily company calendar (Google, Office 365, Exchange, etc.) or through the Joan Portal itself.
