Room reservation software Resource Central at Bejo
Bejo is an international family business that breeds, produces, processes and sells vegetable seeds, with a mission to support growers worldwide in growing healthy and sustainable vegetables.
Bejo was looking for a central reservation system that would allow them to easily book meeting rooms, pool cars and bicycles based on specific filters (location, size, facilities, etc.) in combination with ordering catering and other services. The system had to be fully integrated with Microsoft 365 and bookable via Outlook.
IKANDA has recommended the following solutions from Add-On Products:
▪ Add-On Resource Central for booking meeting rooms, shared cars and bicycles via Outlook. A total of 46 meeting rooms and 34 shared cars and bicycles can now be booked.
▪ Add-On Workspace app that allows meeting rooms, pool cars and bicycles to be booked via employees' smartphones
Resource Central
Book meeting rooms: Book meeting rooms: the Resource Central plug-in is ideal for room bookings based on availability and on a lot of self-defined filters (size of the room, video conferencing or touch screen present, ...) and according to the employees' agenda.
Catering reservation: Catering can be ordered together with the booking of the meeting rooms via an order form that allows the organiser to specify numbers, requirements, table arrangement and a cost centre. Service providers receive incoming orders directly and any changes or cancellations are automatically updated.
Reserve parking spaces, cars or bikes: Resource Central is not limited to rooms only. Anything that can be booked can be added (laptops, beamers, flipcharts, workstations, etc.).
Visitor registration: with the Resource Central Outlook plug-in, the reception staff can also check in visitors, and print or scan badges to keep track of registered visitors.
Workspace App
The Workspace App is a powerful and user-friendly tool designed to optimise the working experience within Microsoft 365. With this app, users can easily reserve meeting rooms, book workspaces and manage resources, all from a single central interface.
The app integrates seamlessly with Outlook and Microsoft Teams, making scheduling and booking intuitive and efficient.
Thanks to real-time availability and smart features such as QR code check-ins and interactive floor plans, the Workspace App helps organisations utilise their office space flexibly and effectively.
Interactive maps with real-time availability allow users to easily find and book available workspaces and meeting rooms.
A QR code can also be provided for each meeting room or workplace. By scanning this QR code, you can immediately make a reservation or check in.
